These terms apply to everyone who visits hoppermedia.in or buys a product from Hopper Media, a business run by Vinay Suresh Devikar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a seat or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

The USA Dropshipping Live Webinar is an online training session of about 3 hours on Zoom at the scheduled time, followed by a live Q&A. Parts of the training may be pre-recorded.

• Price: ₹199 per person, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Optional add-on: “100 USA Products + Supplier List”, a digital file for ₹99, offered only at checkout.
• Optional add-on: “Webinar Recording”, a private link to the webinar video with lifetime access for personal viewing, for ₹59, offered only at checkout.
• Your seat is for one person only. Please do not share your Zoom link.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is successful.

3. Access and attendance

• The Zoom link is sent to the email and WhatsApp number you enter at checkout, and is also shown on the confirmation page.
• Please make sure your details are correct. We are not responsible for missed sessions caused by wrong contact details or your internet connection.
• The webinar runs every day at 7:00 PM IST. If you miss a session, you can join any other day using the same Zoom link, at no extra cost, as long as seats are available.
• We may change the date or time of a session for reasons outside our control. If we do, we will tell you and offer another session or a refund.

4. No income guarantee

The webinar is for education only. We share methods and our own experience, but we do not promise that you will make any money. Results depend on your effort, budget, skills, market conditions and many other factors. Any results shown on this website are examples, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

Nothing in the webinar is legal, tax or financial advice. Please speak to a qualified professional before setting up a business, company or bank account in India or the USA.

5. Content and copyright

All webinar content, slides, recordings, templates and files belong to Hopper Media. They are for your personal use only. You may not record, copy, resell or share them without our written permission.

6. Behaviour during the session

Please be respectful in the chat. We may remove anyone who spams, abuses others or disrupts the session, without a refund.

7. Other offers

During the webinar we may tell you about our paid community or other programmes. Buying them is optional. Those products have their own terms, which you will see before you pay.

8. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy.

9. Third-party services

We use services such as Zoom, Razorpay, WhatsApp, YouTube and Meta. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
